Cancellation Policy

Arriving for Your Lesson

We will not wait for more than 15 minutes at the start of a lesson. If the pupil fails to appear within 15 minutes of the agreed lesson start time, the lesson will be cancelled and the pupil will be charged the full cost of the lesson.

Cancelling or Rearranging a Lesson

A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required if you need to cancel or rearrange your lesson. If you feel unwell or are unable to attend, please let us know at least two days beforehand so that lesson schedules can be planned with sufficient notice.

If less than 48 hours' notice is given, the charge will be the same as the cost of the lesson that has been missed. For example, for a 1.5 hour daytime lesson the charge will be £80.

This charge should be paid by bank transfer or cash as soon as possible.

Intensive Driving Courses

When booking an intensive driving course, you will be required to pay half of the course fee upfront. The remaining balance must be paid four weeks before the course starts.

You must provide at least four weeks' notice if you wish to cancel your intensive driving course. If the required notice is not provided, your course fee will be forfeited.

In the case of a medical emergency, we will only charge half of the course fee.

Debs Driving School Bristol reserves the right to amend the policy or refuse a refund/cancellation request where appropriate.
